Entrance and Admissions
Grandview Christian School admits students of any race, color, national
and ethnic origin to al the rights, privileges, programs, and activities
generally accorded or made available to students of the school. We
welcome students of all races and nationalities who will fully submit
to the Statement of Faith.
The process of enrollment at GCS prior to final acceptance includes:
1. Submission of properly completed application, registration fees,
health forms, parent/student agreement form, and teacher information
card.
2. Parent-Student Interview with Administration as needed.
3. Entrance Testing (grades K-12) as needed.
4. All new students must provide all previous school records.
Upon completion of the above steps, parents are notified generally
within (2) weeks as to whether their child has or has not been accepted
to the school. Some students are accepted with conditions; for example,
that the student goes to summer school or is tutored, or repeats
a grade. All new students are accepted under the condition of a 2-week
probationary period, which may be extended as necessary.
Students who have been accepted in the school must have their files
complete and accounts current in order to begin the first day. All
students must have immunization forms and birth certificate forms
in their files. Any questions in this area should be directed to
the School Administration.
Please read the Parent/Student
Handbook.

Other Details
A registration fee reserves a space for your child in the class.
We use these registrations to determine how many teachers to hire.
If you withdraw your child before school starts, registration fees
will not be refunded.
Tuition will be paid in ten equal payments only through the wire
transfer Debit Plan. The first tuition payment is due by August 15th
and the 15th of each month thereafter, unless special provisions
are made. A late fee of $20.00 will be applied on payments that are
late in excess of 5 days.
A 5% discount will be given for pre-payment of the annual tuition
if paid in full by August 1st.
All accounts for the previous year must be settled before enrollment
is permitted.

time.
Tuition fees paid in advance are refundable according

GCS will refund 50% of that month’s tuition and charge 100%
for previous months of school. It should be noted that August and

tuition can be paid in ten monthly increments of August through
May.
- Students officially withdrawn on the 7th day (or later) of any
month will be charged tuition for that entire month. Except for
